203 East Hallam
Featured on the cover of Luxe Magazine, it was a great experience to build a fantastic, modern masterpiece from the ground up in the core of Aspen. Being able to work with greats like Joe McGuire and Z Group Architecture was an amazing learning opportunity and the finished property is amazing.
FASCHING HAUS #170
It was really fun figuring out small changes to make maximum impact in this condo remodel. We only moved one small wall and two doorways and it made a huge difference. The fewer structural changes we can make, the less expensive a remodel is.
CONCEPT 600 #204
We inherited this project mid-stream so had to figure out how to use as much of what had already been purchased as possible and keep as many subs to minimize disruption. This was a big challenge to come on to an active job site and change it all over to my aesthetic. I had carte blanche on design, which I always love.
VICTORIANS AT BLEEKER
This was a project which was only cosmetic. You can see the amazing difference new finishes can make! The clients wanted a hipster bar concept and I think we nailed the idea without having anything which will look dated quickly.
450 S. ORIGINAL ST. #8
This unit was a total shotgun property. We had to remove all of the interior walls and start from scratch. While a challenge, we were able to create a much more usable concept. This is so small it is like a ship, every square inch was accounted for.
Majestic Oak Way
This homeowner wanted a Craftsman mansion in the woods. We worked to get it to be as authentic and historically accurate as possible. Sourcing materials was really fun. We had the stained glass custom made to look like Gamble House in Pasadena, CA; the front door is the tree of life, so in the basement we made stained glass roots!
